Well, Ive got a 95 Z28 hardtop, artic white with the red interior.

The only things Ive done to it appearance wise are paint the calipers and a red insert in the tail panel. I'm now trying to think of other things I can do to the car to set it apart from all of the other Zs out there.

I was thinking about maybe some red racing stripes, but I'm not sure how theyd look on a LT1 Z with the black roof. Theres also the 35th anniversary stripes...

Which stripes do you think would look better and what color? Red or black? I would change the rear fill in to match whatever color stripes I got.

Anyone have any pictures of white LT1 cars? The wheels will follow suit next year when I get the money saved up.

Any other suggestions. I'm looking for a cheap SS spoiler. Possibly clear corners... I'm just trying to get as many opinions as possible.

Ehhhh...hardtops are for drivers...T-Tops are for lookers. (I like hardtops).

If you are gonna get stripes, at least go with the red - and I vote for the 35th style over regular. Black is just too dull on a white car. White cars need stuff that adds pizzazz. I say even better would be some 35th style stripes in hugger orange, and then follow suit with everything else. Of course - your red interior wouldn't go at all then, so you'd have to change that. I understand that you probably don't want to go that far with it, but I just think hugger 35th stripes on a white car would look great.

Other little things...
Window Tint, Blacked out corners, Reflective Red Front Bowtie Overlay from Brent (I absoultely love mine - it the only red thing on my car aside from my tail lights, and it is a lot nicer color than the old stocker), and perhaps a nose badge decal from Brent (Red over silver or something cool).
The little things add a lot IMO.

 

I think red stripes with a black outline around them would look awesome.

I'm not a big fan of the stripes.. The police seem to have a hard-on for those around here...

I'd say some dark window tints, chrome rims, Some 3d domed decals for the front camaro emblem, door handles, and black sail panel ...

I have tint on my car, all around the sides and back with about the top 20% on the front. It looks really good, but it's a little hard to see at night, nothing you can't deal with. It keeps the inside of the car a lot cooler too.

 

Ehhh...sail, tail...when you're reading fast its the same thing.
But I know what you are talking about now - I just read tail the first time 'round.

Steve - my windows are tinted, but its on black, so it would look quite a bit different. Here's some White with tinted windows, and a black panel.
Notice you can see the tinted back window on that white car with the black tail panel I posted before...
Look through Dave's pages - you'll probably get lots of ideas, and see several that have been mentioned.

The black tail panel should be a satin black. Gloss doesn't look good in most cases, flat just looks dull, satin/semi/low gloss black looks best usually.
Although, that one, its hard to tell...it may be gloss???
