Need Bright 194 Green LEDs

in the old car i had Walmart green 194 bulbs in the speedo (for reverse indiglo effect).
I wanna do the same thing (greean 194s) but with brighter bulbs (LED). anyone know where i can get them for a decent price (~$5 a pair or less)?
Thanks,
Jay

In the future you should try a search, there's quite a bit of info here, for now here's a link to the bottom of this page about LED lights, you'll find links to several vendors that carry them for a decent price.

True, but I'm not looking for LED bulbs- I can get those from the Engineering lab at school. I specifically want 194 bulbs, not just a 12V LED.

However, upon checking out that first sight, I see they carry both, so thanks- I'll probably get them from www.superbrightleds.com .

Now I have a new question: They carry 2 types of LED's that will fit a 194 socket: a single LED bulb and a quad LED bulb.
I'm wondering if the quad would fit in my speedometer, or if the head is too big. Any feedback on this anyone???
I'll probably go w/ the singles for the sake of price- they're a dollar less each and i'll be getting 10-12.

Thanks again,
Jay

The body of the 4led, 194 base is .440 diameter. A regular 194 bulb is .390 diameter, so your real close, looks like you could sand .020-.030 off the plastic body of the led bulb.
