My opinion:

1). Chrome C5 Z06 Wheels (Staggered 17x9.5 front/18x10.5 rear)
2). SS Hood and Spoiler
3). If allowed, remove the front plate
4). Lower car approx. 1.5 inches
5). Black out side markers both front and back
6). Get some custom Z28 badges for the side and rear (chrome)

From the pics that you provided, that is all I can think of at the moment.

 

I don't really like C5 ZO6 wheels, I think they are kind of out of style too. C6 ZO6 wheels are much cooler on Camaros.

 

You are a madman I didn't look at the engine bay pic initially but just saw that.

A nice polished intake elbow and TB plate would look nice next to your CAI setup.
