LS1 style frontend on a 95' Z28

I need to replace the entire front end on my 95 z28....Since I have to do this ive considered an LS1 style front end......Are the front ends on the V-6' exactly the same as the V-8's?....Thanks, Mike

Check out the sticky at the top of the page bro!

And yes, the fenders are the same for the V6 and the V8.

ok thanks, I just wanted to make sure i could use all the brackets and frontend parts from a 94 V-6 on my 95 Z28......They're much cheaper to buy..........I managed to hit some water laying in the road and ended up down over a little bank and through some wooden fence.

So wait, you wanted to swap to an LS1 style right? If so, any parts from a 98-02 will fit just fine regardless of whether or not it is a V6 or a V8. The same goes if you plan on keeping the LT1 style you currently have, the V6 and V8's share the same body panels from 93-97.

They're not enough of an improvement to overcome the uglier front end.

hahah. But no, seriously, the LT1 front end is nicer. I had the LS1 front end on my 93 when I bought it but now I'm putting the LS1 front back on it. But really it's all preference.
