Smile Musical air horns

Well, I wasn't sure if it belongs here (but I think better than 'custom car audio' section), but does enybody have those in FBody? I found it on JCWhitney - here, but I'm not sure will there be enough room for those. Anybody? Some pics (or WAV files)? It would be nice to have 'Dixie' like the General Lee

I've seen them on cars before and my personal opinion is they're cheesy.

Air horns on the other hand only fit certian vehicles. My brothers truck has a 140db airhorn and that thing is LOUD, but it fit's his truck; 1978 Chevy Silverado, Lifted, 44" Swampers, 5-ton Rearend, Dana 60 Front, all custom built for show and go.

I'm running a Viper 550 series alarm with all kinds of sensor's (don't want my baby stolen). Well one day the Viper alarm went off and I was about a football field away and didn't hear a peep. So since that day, I have updated my horn to a autozone blue airhorn (came blue, matches my color pattern). I have a few pictures in my sig. I have seen a few airhorn's (not the musical type) on the cars horn which I think is kind of nice. A guy cuts you off and when you hit that horn, scares the **** out of that jerk. But I like mine on the alarm, it has a much more high toned sound. I mean this air horn comes with its own compressor so go figure. I can get more pics if you are interested in its location or how I installed it, etc. Let me know or send me an email.

I had the Dixie on my 79z and I loved it. I don't think that there would be anywhere on a 4th to put one. I have been looking and the only place I see to mount the 5 horns would be below the battery on the Pass. side of the car.

LOL, the General Lee horn? Maybe it would fit an older car, but it would be weird hearing that from a 4th gen. I would get that horn as more a joke horn, like pull up to your buddies and beep it. I don't think any wreckless motorist would take you seriously with that horn. If someone cut you off, they would probebly say, "WTF? Go back to Hazard County!"
