Modding the interior appearance

I have a question in regards to interior panels, I removed my pass side door and am wanting to paint the plastic on it, sand down all that fun stuff, is there a way to remove the plastic pieces from the door panel and reattacth them? THey appeared to be molded to the plastic or something when i removed it, didnt see n e screws or clips of any kind and i dont want to just rip the suckers off and break em... anyone?

Are you trying to get the part with the fabric off? If so, heating up the plastic clips make them easier to move.
