Lightbulb Making it a targa!

Hit a pole and screwed up the windshield header. After pondering turning it convertible and someone pointing out that the hinges for the hatch are on the back of the t-bar, I've decided to do what all gets us jealous of the vette guys. Make it a targa top. I need ideas for how to put the targa in though, as to make it connectable from the old t-top parts, and were to go from there.

shouldn't matter. Once you cut off the hardtop panel it's the same car underneath.

Google is your friend. And if my engine runs again - crossing fingers - then I'm chopping my top.

I'm sure you've already considered that without that center brace, your fbody will have an uncanny new tendency to cave in on itself. As was already stated, you will at least need subframe connectors...

good luck!
