Thumbs up Lowering Springs

This month I'm gonna be lowering my car to get rid of the 4x4 look that it has. I can't decide what brand or how much of a drop I should go. Maybe you guys can assist me. Pictures would be great!!!!

i personally am gonna go with the eibach sportlines, since I want as much drp as possible(Around 2 inches). Most people go with the eibach pro kit to give them added clearance

I'm gonna go with a 1-1.5" drop when I lower my car this summer. With the way the extra long front overhang our cars have, you can only go so low before you run into clearance problems when you encounter inclines.

I'm either going with Eibach, DMS or Hotchkis. I havent quite decided yet, but I'll probably end up with the Hotchkis springs.

I'm pretty happy Jamex springs, though I haven't gotten to drive it much w/ our weather around here. I think it lowered 1.5 on the front and 2 on the back. (haven't measured, just quoting where I got 'em). They weren't too expensive either.

I'm going to go with the pro kit. Personally, I think the sportlines are too low (for my taste anyways). My brother has DMS lowering springs on his car but feels his car leans really far forward-he said next time he's going to go with Eibachs (had them before and was happy with them)

Ground Control adjustable coilovers

The fronts are pretty expensive, but the rear's are the same as 3rd gens so they are alot cheaper.....

Awesome cause you can adjust your ride height when you want too

I have Eibach Sportlines on my car. Clearance isn't a problem with me. However, I am a careful driver.

You can see pics on my cardomain page.

Pics are being updated throughout week. I've been taking lots of pics of the new stuff lately.

If you do not have ground effects then the Sportlines will be fine, however if you do have ground effects I would get the Pro Kit, thats what I went with (no pics yet). Some people have both gfx and sportlines but you have to be EXTREMELY careful when driving. I like the way the Sportlines look though.

I forgot to mention, my brother had the sportlines on his 99SS but got rid of them b/c he couldn't stand the ride (looked awesome though). Even with Bilstein HD shocks he said the ride sucked-everyone has different opinions though-just wanted to include that
