i got my new set of z28 emblems to go on the fenders of my 1994 camaro today. there were no instructions from gm saying exactly where they go. so, does anyone know a website that tells where they go? or does anyone know where they go, like the measurements from the trim or from the edge of the fender to the emblem? i want to make sure i put them in the right place and not just stick them of there. responses would be appreciated. thanks

 

What happened to your old emblems?

Just find a bunch of pictures online (Brents appearance page would be a good place) and use them for reference. I'm sure you can get it pretty dang close with that method.

I had to put my rear emblem back on after I painted the panel, and I just used my eyes and memory. I compared my car to another Z in a parkinglot one day, and my emblem was exactly in the same place.

 

anyone else have any ideas? there must be a template or measurement or something out there for where the emblems go. i want to make sure i put the emblems in the right place. gotta be a way other than just guessing where they go.
