It has a Paxton supercharger, so it likely IS a Granatelli. You need to email Mr. Granatelli your VIN # and ask him.

The hood has definitely been changed, as have the wheels. That hood wasn't available until mid-1995 and those wheels weren't available until mid-1996. Your car is a '93, so if you wanted to restore it to the way it should have been, you'd need to change those things.

The car looks like it's missing a lot of minor parts, you might check out this topic of mine, because you're missing everything that was broken on mine.

You might be surprised if you give G your VIN. Although red Camaros are extremely common, this might be the car that was used in magazines. If so, it would have had black stripes on the hood in a V formation. I can post some pics later, but here's one I found in an image search real quickly:

I think this car was sold at Barrett-Jackson several years ago. These were the two pics they had of the car that was going on auction, so it's hard to say if it's the magazine car or not!

Here's some more I found. I may have other stuff that isn't scanned, but... not sure where... It's hard to draw the line between whether these cars were Paxton cars or GSS cars.

I really love the looks of these cars, but really dislike how they didn't run the front ground effect on that one for so many magazine tests and such.

It probably isn't the magazine test car then. Oh well. Could still be one of the other Paxton/GSS cars though. I hope it is.

6LE sells the counsole covers. I have one in the garage as well. I had a wideband and boost gauge in it, and a fan switch with LEDs under the cig. lighter.

Dying for pics of that car if you manage to find the proper wheels! It used to have Gotti G1001 17x9.5 inch ones.

The car was in super rough shape when the guy got it from the junkyard or whereever he got it. The biggest issue was a really mangled driver's side rear quarter. Most of the info about the car you can find yourself by looking at posts he would make on ls1tech. http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/member.php?u=99213

As far as I know, it was the only Hennessey RS330 Camaro built. If the guy gave you the magazines, I'd really appreciate it if you'd scan the pics for me so I can use them on my website. The scans I have are really small.

If you need the decals recreated to make it look like it used to, I can design those for you, but I'll need those magazine scans to be able to see how they looked exactly.
