license plate holder

I would like to know if there is a holder for a license plate for my 1994 Z28
and anyone has one for sale or any other ideas?
My sources are limited I drive and live in Grand Cayman.

Are you talking about the front plate holder? If so I just took mine off and would sell it to you for cheap. Here's a pic:
