my father owner a 2000 LS400 and the lease is up on tuesday
is it possible to swap in his xeon lights? they apear to just be bulbs or is the entire headlight encased with gas?
seams a little far fetched but i thought i would inquire

 

They are HID lights, definately not as simple as swapping out the bulbs... they MIGHT be compatible with your housings, but are you just going to return the Lexus with no headlights at all ?...

Interesting idea though..

 

i know the older models of the LS400 did not have these HID lights, and we all know dealers dont know anything about the cars they sell/resell (just like the black 2000 camaro z28 with a LT-1 i looked at yesterday )

 

i thought about swapping with our 01 maxima. it has purple headlights. they are just the bulbs but im not sure they will work exactly the same but the bulbs are the same part number as my camaros
