I agree... I like my leather interior and I love it when girls compliment me on it.. (Like I love your car, oh and is that leather interior... stuff like that.) I think it looks clean and goes very well with the car.

I had a TA w/cloth and one w/leather. The cloth seats were by far more comfortable, but the leather looks better and has that upscale image although you can now buy Hyundais with leather

Leather looks 100x better than cloth, and its easier to maintain, BUT with leather you *** slides around alot. Im starting to get annoyed at how much my body moves around when I drive. Leather is also much heavier than cloth, so if weight is a concern, then go cloth.

If you are worried about the differance in weight between cloth and leather just go on a diet for a week. Leather all the way man.

how do u figure leather is easier to maintain than cloth?? i've never had to do anything to cloth and havent had a problem....leather you have to put crap on all the time to keep it clean and soft and still my seat is worn on the left side from rubbing when i get in...i like leather but cloth is definately easier...

All the time? I Z-10 my leather once every couple of months and it takes about 10 minutes. Man is that hard work.

Plus with leather if you spill something it is easy to clean up. With cloth if you spill something it can get stained and will stay wet.

u put someting on leather once every couple months verus putting nothing ever on cloth...and i didnt say it was hard work i simply said leather takes more to keep it nice...and i dont ever spill stuff in my car so i dont really have to worry about that advantage...and like i said there is the fact that leather, even when you take care of it, starts falling apart

i HATE my leather...

in south florida it is hot as hell itself in the sun, the previous owners obviously didnt' treat it, cause it's splitting and cracking all over and it's a 99!!

i'm looking to buy either racing seats that will look good or have mine reupholsterd in cloth!!

i've neveer gotten compliments on my leather seats...ONLY complaints..."ouch...that's REALLY hot...do you have a towel?"

I think my custom leather interior really makes my car stand apart from the rest. With the leather it would just be another car in the crowd (of course having a vert does help when showing off the leather )

CR1's have a leather option I think any corbeaus do

but leather isn't bad at all I havent conditioned my leather for like 5 months and its still fine...

reasons for leather

1:cloth stains if you spill something leather if its black or graphite which is probably what your getting doesnt
2: looks cooler
3: Heat never bothered me (AND I LIVE IN TEXAS!!!)

Leather doesn't have to do with how comfortable it is it's the way the seat is made that makes it comfortable.
