Well, some old lady backed into my car in the Walmart parking lot. To make the story short, I had to have my billet grill and bumper cover replaced. Now, since my car is so beautiful right now, I would like to advoid rock chips. Most of them came from driving home from college, so I was wondering what you guys think about if I got a bra for driving back home and taking it off for around the city? I personally think they look ugly as hell, but if it keeps from getting rock chips, I find it worth it.

 

look into one of those vynl sticker things. They go over your front and are cut to fit perfectly, the only way you can tell is the seam where it ends. A buddy has one on his VW and its impossible to tell its there from more than 2ft away. Someone should have more info on one of these. 500,000,000,000x better than a bra.

 

Does that vinyl thing come off when you want it to?
If not - I'd go with a bra.

A guy I used to work with used one for that same purpose.
He only had it on for going back and forth to work.

I've always been worried that a bra may leave the paint under it a different color due to that it doesn't see as much of the suns rays.

I suppose if all the paint on the car was protected by a nice coat of fresh wax........

This peels off like a sticker, but there is no sense in taking it off, you cant tell its there unless you are literaly looking for it, i had no clue my buddy had it, until he told me. Its a black car too.

I would be worried about the top of the bra flapping back and forth at 70mph and chipping the paint.

 

go to vinyl place and have one cut from there clear **** - usually the ones they sell pull the paint of if u go to remove- plus the vinyl ones are cheap and u can replace when get worn over time -
