1 week later and still nothing

 

I don't know anything about this guy but sounds like you just need to keep on him. Sometimes people don't do what they say until you keep bothering them over and over again. Call him at least once a day or email.

When people are happy about a product that is "expected" and people will rarely talk about it. When people are unhappy, bad/negative advertising spreads FAST. If he does good work 98% of the time, your bad covers will be talked about more than all the good he has done. He should make this right with you if he wishes to continue making these or he won't have any customers left.

Looks like the guy has decided to not continue doing these anymore. To continue and not take care of you is a foolish business decision IMO. Only explanation is that he isn't going to make anymore so doesn't care that his name/reputation is ruined.
