Interior : Upgrade Sterior to 2" Din ?

I desire so badly to put a navigational system in my car, only I don't really like the flipup kinds... ...How would it look if the 1.5" Din area was upgraded to 2" ??? I don't want it to come out looking like utter crap... Anyone have any photo's?

I second that, Chet did a good job....worst case you have to get a new one. Experimentation is what makes it fun.
