i want to remove the parts of the dash above the passenger airbag and the 2 pieces on either side of it. first how do you remove it and is it unsafe to drive around with the airbag incovered. or is there anyway to just remove the airbag. also on the trans am door skins can you take them apart seperatly, i want to cover the vinyl and carpet on the doors with real leather. and the console compartment cover also.

 

For the airbag, just remove the airbag fuse... for the interior, are you talking about the upperdash or what? why do you need to remove these pieces?

 

i wanna change the upper dash pieces on the pass side to black leather.
