finally got my wings west kit painted. i have the weekend off so i am going to put them on this weekend. i was looking for some ideas and tips on how to put them on. i know it comes with the 3M tape, and the bolts.... but that doesnt seem like it would be enough to hold them. should i use some type of epoxy?? or a rivet gun?? how else did some of you guys install them?! i would appreciate all the help i can get! thanks!

hey chuckys95 i have to say... that is one shiny Z!! just wish i had that hood to compliment the ground effects!!

so do you have any ideas as to how you are going to install the kit?! hopefully ill get some answers by tom.! ive read that people have just used the 3M tape thats on there, and that has been fine. but my luck they wont stick! anyways good luck painting the kit!

 

I've heard to put some sort of preping tape so that the real tape will stick to it better. Thats was the Wings West guy told me at one car show. Of course I didn't hear about this until after I got mine put on and the place didn't use it, and now the back piece is slowly coming off. Good luck!
