Looks to me like the guy just set it on top of some kind of pedestal/lawn ornament for the picture.
I don't think that is part of the wheel. If it is, that sucks.

He quotes a +64mm offset. That is too much for an 11" wide wheel. The classic ZR1 17x11 uses a +50mm offset, which is a 7.93" backspace. The 64mm offset will make the backspace 8.5", and that puts the tire at least 1/2" into the inner fender.

Then you have the issue of what size tire you put on it... I think all the 20" tires are going to be at least 1" larger in diameter than the stock diameter, so now you have the tires further up in the wheel wells, and more chance for rubbing, particularly if the car is lowered.

The "solution" would be a 1/2" or 9/16" spacer, and I hate spacers, specially that thick. You will definitely need longer wheel studs. If its just for "show" use, you'll be OK, but I woldn't use spacers like that for a daily driver.

yeah i made up my mind already. Im gonna go with 19's all the way around. The only thing is that i cant seem to find 19" z06 wheels anywhere w/o them being a 20/19" combo. I guess i have to find another wheel choice. Any suggestions? Im looking for 19" chrome and i would love to have a HUGE lip on them is there anything out there that wont cost me an arm and a leg?

keep looking. I was too lazy to look at your post again. Those are the first 19in z06 wheels I have seen. There is an aftermarket Z06 rim with a large rim on the wheel. 19s def look good, I've seen them. However they will cost you alot since not many have them. ebay is a good place, but also check out tirerack.com and discounttiredirect.com. By the time you pay shipping from an ebay seller, its almost the same to get from those two sites. Thats my experience. Also, the rear tires WILL rub when you take corners. I thought it was the front tires so I got skinny tires upfront (245s) and wider tires in the back (275s). Now with the size of wheel your looking at 275s are going to be a minimum, I would prob go to 285 or 295s. The only way to get the rear wheels to not rub around corners is to remove a bar in the back. I forget what its called, someone help me out, but you either have to grind a piece or remove that bar. I was told the bar is to help when you load cargo in the back for those of us who do (ME). If no one knows what I'm talking about, I'll have to call the shop and ask what the prober terms and names are for these "bars" that I'm talking about. Good Luck
