how the hell do i get the HAvc outta there so i can change the bulb to LEd?

 

If you do a search in the LT1 Tech section you can find a guide that I made. But here are the steps that are most important for you:

1. Remove A-pillar panels

2. Remove the wide black plastic panel near the windshield

3. Remove the knee bolster under the steering wheel

4. Remove the panel surrounding the stereo head unit (you may need to open your glove box to get at all the screws)

5. Unscrew the plastic shroud over the instrument cluster. Pull it out by somersaulting it over the steering wheel (that statement will make sense once you get to this step).

When I started attacking stuff like that...I just started unscrewing things until I finally got to what I wanted. It's fairly self explanatory once you have that screwdriver in hand and start going at it.
