GM Paint code is 99 I can get you the PPG number for it if you need it but any good body shop or paint supply store should be able to look it up for you.

There is also a 4 digit WA number that GM uses but the paint codes they also use a 2 digit code as well. There are different shades and what not to some colors. They also from year to year use the same 2 digit code but it will actually be a different WA number. I believe the WA number is more or less GM's internal number for the actual paint that was used on that vehicle. My buddy has a 99 that's hugger orange. I will get that PPG paint code for you Monday.

Ok Here you go!

Gm's WA number is WA523F
PPG's Code is 5504

With the GM Number any paint store can mix the paint up for you. I would also think they could from the PPG number as well.

Good Luck
Richard

Yeah, they were kinda rare. The color was only done in 99 and only on Camaros (no other GM vehicles). I've seen a few in person. Sweet color.

Paint code is 99U. Thats what my car WAS. It was the beautiful shade of hugger orange then got painted blue. By the way it's a 99. I plan on getting it painted orange again soon.

Hmm..............it doesn't seem to look as good as I thought. I think FEROCITY02 has a hugger orange Z28 with ground effects, and I liked the look of it, but I still think the color is best suited to the old school cars.
