How would go about...

How would I go about filling in the back Camaro letters and get them painted so it looked like there was never a "CAMARO" indentation there? I belive it's plastic, so bondo wouldn't work.

Here's what I'm planning:

(when I get a 5.7 in there, or buy a Z, either way it'll happen)

EDIT...Sorry, I can't seem to get the picture any bigger, the size is good original, I think photobucket resizes it.

It has been done before, I've seen a lot of posts about it. I'll search around and see if I still have it in my favorites. If my memory serves me correctly, the person who did it did use bondo, just the type designed for plastics/fiberglass. It turned out really well from the pictures he put up. Do a search on here and see if anything turns up.

Yeah I would just use bondo and/or fiberglass to fill it in, just make sure you sand it really well because I've seen a few cases where you can still see the outline of the letters.

Many have done it, and they all most likely used bondo or a similiar filler (theres different types of filler, filler is often refered to as bondo because of the brand Bondo...)
