It'll be tought without a lift. I've done a trans am bumper but I would guess that they are pretty much the same as a z28. there are a lot of screws, most of which are visible. there are 2, one on each side that go into the fender and are hard to see so don't forget those. THey use a torx bit too. Get a Chilton manual or maybe it's Haynes, I can't remember for camaros from an auto store and that tells you how to do it I think. I think it might be Haynes for about $10

I just replaced my front bumper cover. It was a b*tch and a half. The haynes manual has like 4 steps to take it off, when there are really like 20. You have to take out the retaining screws from under the hood and under the car, then take out all the little screws around the skirt of the car, then get under and remove the turn signals, then take out a few more screws from underneath, then remover the cover from a few rivets underneath the hood, then wrestle the damn thing off the car, then try to fit the new one in place(youre gonna need another person to help with this or it may take a while), then put all the screws back in in the exact reverse order you took them out.

Wow that was a mouthful. Good luck man, it took me like 3 and a half hours.

I can do it in 30 minutes, if you've done it once its easy, the toughest thing is attaching and removing the damn turn signals.
