How to remove LS1 peformance grill?

Hi all, i am going to be getting a stull billet grill. But i dont know how to remove my old grill. The previous owner put on a LS-1 performace grill. I mean it looks ok, but not what i am going for. Does ne one know how it might be held on. i dont see ne clips or brackets when i looked under the car?

Well, the grill was on my Navy metallic SS, the grill has a small scrape on lower drivers side portion of it. Like where it makes a V if that makes ne sence to u. I have some pics but they arnt too clear, if u have mail i can send them 2 ya. I am gunna get a STULL grill and put a 69 SS emblem on it. The LS-1 PERFORMACE grill is painted black and blue. If u want it i am sure u can sand and buff out the little scrape. I will sell it to ya for like $100 plus shippin
It has a 1" scrape on it. lemme know. thanks

Actaully i just realized i messed up it is an LS-1 motorsports grill

here is a link as to what it looks like and retails for http://www.ls1motorsports.com/
