How much should it cost to get my front end clip painted?

I have a lot of rock chips in my front end. I was wondering about How much should it cost to get my front end clip painted by a dealer? Has anyone else has this done due to rock chips? what did it cost you?

My brother had his bumper, hood and fenders painted for $1200! It was under someone else's insurance so it didn't matter. But for just a front bumper, shouldn't be more than $500. I think it was $300 from some place local around here.

I paid $200. I would think most places would probably charge like $250 for an OEM paint job on a front bumper cover. Just make sure they can match the paint good.

for a good job around 1200 bucks, thats what it cost me, and to have the 2 quarter panels and the back bumper and spoiler painted its 1100 bucks, so its almost 2300 bucks to do the entire car, im sure there cheaper places out there

Are you just talking about the front bumper cover?? If so it should be in the $200-275 area.

Did anyone have a front end clip that didn't blend quitr right with the rest of the car? I have a Silver SS and the front clip color is off by a little bit, it really shows on sunny days

My front clip is off just a bit from the rest of the car too, it's pretty common in 4th gens from what I've seen. Really doesn't show up except for like you say, on sunny days, and also when parked under flourescent lighting.
Does your car just have rock chips? Or is your clear coat also pealing? If your clear coat is pealing, GM warranties paint for 5 years and you could get it all fixed for free. I had it happen on mine, and my car was 3 months from being 5 years old. They repainted the entire front clip for nothing.

My car is going into the shop this week because someone backed into it. The paint work and materials is around $700 for the bumper cover, hood and drivers side fender and blending it in with the rest of the body.

My my my. $1200 for painting the front end. I got my entire Impala painted back black for $1800. Buddy of mine of course but the paint shop wanted just $2300 where he worked and it came out better than factory. Shop around at the paint shops for someone that paints on the side and you can find a great deal.
