How easy to upgrade to 97+ instrument panel?

If I want the cup holders and get rid of the ugly tape case holder and stuff. Is the process complicated ? Who had done this? I did a search but didn't find anything.

Uhh instrument panel???? Do you mean center console???? If so it is VERY easy just bolt it in.

If you mean instrument panel I can only tell you on birds. My 93 has a 97 digital odometer, but 98+ will not work the rpms will be off. I would assume Camaro is the same but you know what assumptions do..........
