How does one make indiglo gauges!

How does one make indiglo gauges!
Hey guys, this may or may not be in the right forum, but here goes.
After searching and searching for them, I finally found a place that sells them. Only one drawback, they oly sell the set with an 85 mph speedo. I could still buy the set, i mean 4 out of 5 gauges would work. But I do not wanna go back to my 85 speedo just to retain the gauge. My qyestion is, can I make my own> How do they do it? All I need is an overlay with the 145 mph speedo. But NO ONE has them. I cannot believe it. And I dont want half of my dash to be lit up and the other half not. Thanks guys
