How do i remove the Trans Am ground effects?

I want to remove them so i can repaint them. Are they somehow attached to the front fenders? If so how do i get at those bolts?

If they are anything like the firebird GT gfx then they are held on with steel clips, plastic rivets and some steel rivets, with a row of screws going along the bottom side

There should be about 8 screws on the bottom, thsee will just nscrew from the car, there are two plastic rivets at the front and rear fenderwell lips you'll have to drill those out with a drill and get replacements from GM, there real cheap.
After that you'll need to lift up on the gfx as it is pinched in between a steel bar and the rocker panel, it will be hard to pull off so keep this in mind
