How do i remove 98+ Camaro RS style GFX?????

How do i remove 98+ Camaro RS style GFX?????
Im getting a set off of a friend for free becaus he dosent like them... And thats 'perfectly' fine with me becaus i love them and dont want to pay the dealer 1400 for them or spend $700 for aftermarket.. 
But i see the sides are screwed on to the inside of the fenders between the two wheel wells on either side with 4 screws total for each side GFX piece. im not sure how the back is mounted on, it looked to be glued mabey!?!?!? I really didnt look at the rear to hard.... But is it pretty simple to hack em off??????
And lastly, would it mess the remainder of the car up removing the GFX at all? Like would their be paint missing or anything if removed?
