House of Kolor Chameleon Paint Pictures?
I have been looking all over the internet for pictures of cars with any House of Kolor chameleon paint schemes, but it's harder than I'd originally thought.
I figured that maybe someone on this board might know where I can find a website with examples...or maybe someone on this board has HoK paint on their car.
I tried the HoK site and many sites that sell their products, but didn't come up with anything and searching the web for cars with changing colour schemes isn't too easy and not all that efficient.
If anyone can help me out here it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
.....Oh, and does anyone know just how much one of these paint jobs can cost? I've anywhere from $5,000-$8,000 from various people, but I don't know if they were talking about Canadian or American dollars. Maybe if someone knows how many buckets of paint are usually used that could help.

You should find out the price of the paint fiirst, from what Ive heard, HoK chameleon paint is really expensive ($4500 a quart).
I could be wrong, but thats what I saw on TV. Good Luck Though, Im sure it will look real good.

i had my car painted with house of kolor silver to green and did not like it that much it was $589 a quart where i got it at right now i have sherwin williams silver to green on it and it does flip a little but nothing like the ppg harliquin paint it flips every where you look on the car i am going to get it painted black with ppg harliquin paint for my design it looks the best and will satisfy you ppg runs between $800-1000 a quart. but is well worth the money to pay extra over house of kolor i can send you pics of it with the house of kolor on it and i can send you pics of it with sherwin williams paint on it. but i would go with ppg just my .2cents though

FlippinZ28, I would love to see the differences if you have pictures of both kinds of paint. My e-mail is svlehtinen@yahoo.ca whenever you get a chance. Thanks a lot.
$800-$1000 is pushing it for price. Do you know how many quarts I would need?

go on the HOK website and have them snail mail you color samples for the kameleon paint. i'm so glad i did that - i decided not to go w/ HOK kameleon paint once i checked out the samples. def get the lil sample booklet b4 u buy - you can turn the color samples around in the light and see how they change, etc.

FlippinZ28, I looked at the list for 81-100 and I didn't see your name anywhere on the page and I'm not going to open up every page until I see a nice paint job...it just takes too long to load each page. Do you know what description you put? Or, exactly what number you are?
I might not even go with HoK, or PPG or Sherwin Williams...
I'm not quite sure yet...
Is Dupont decent? I like the look of Dupont "Blue Steel"...
This is going to be tougher than I first thought.
