hood installation guide/ alignment of hood

does anyone have a guide or some tips to adjust or align a hood... I just bought a WS6 style hood, and installed it and for some reason it is way to tight on the passenger side and their is a huge gap on the drivers side. any suggestions on how to get this lined up better would be greatly appreciated.. There dosent seem to be much side to side adjustment just with the hinge bolts... I figured I should request some advice here before unbolting more stuff and risk making it worse..
Thanks,

Trial and error, that's about the only way.

Take the four bolts going through the hinge into the hood loose keeping two of them snug. Snug enough that you can give the hood a little bump and get it to move slightly. Those bolts are your best bet at moving the hood left to right.

Another thing to do is take the latch off the hood. You just want to work with one thing at a time. Get your gaps where you want them and then install the latch. That will help you narrow down any problems you have. I've seen the latch be close enough to catch and pull the hood to one side or another.

Any chance of you posting a pic to see where your at now? I'm just wondering how bad the gaps are.

Drill the holes a little wider where the hood attaches to the car.You will be amazed what this little difference in hole size will do.
