Hit and run

Ok so I go to the store and come out and find this

Its not that bad but pisses me off how should I go about repairing it. I think I could do it myself but what would be the best way

is it litterally cracked? and is that a dent to the fender?

Yeah the bumper and fender are both cracked no dents idk how they hit both so hard to crack with out making scuff marks it makes me soo mad

looks like they were backing up or squeezing buy and hit you.....continued hitting you until they realized they hit something that they cannot drive through. I hate people.

and thats why i back in and park out in BFE away from people when i'm driving my T/A.

sucks to see. hopefully your bumper is repairable. i got mine replaced for less damage (because it had been painted once before)

I know right I was backed in do you guys think I could repair it with just a little bit of bondo and sand it really good then paint the bumber

Its really dificult to bond to the plastic and look good. If its cracked your probly gonna have to just replace it.

It's not going to look good if you bond it, you can try it and then use some touch up paint to see how it turns out.

I would check around some salvage yards. You might just find one in good shape and same color.

I bond my front bumper. I bought it wrecked and had a similar crack in the front bumper but not as long as yours. When it was finished you couldn't tell but I sprayed the entire bumper. Its worth a try if you already have the materials and can do good body work.

I fixed a crack in the front bumper of my 3rd gen dont know if its the same material, i think it is.
Anyway what I did is i fiberglassed the back of it and filled the crack with fiberglass resin. Worked great and looked as good as new, never cracked or anything
