Thanks vicious. I did a little more research online and figured, since mine still have a filament, they are xenon gas filled halogens. Anyways i'm happy with em and they are way brighter than the stockers for sure.

Hey Vicious95z28,

I was wondering the website you posted: http://performanceworks1.com/headlightmod.htm would you recommend i change the wiring harness? Do they make a standarized wire harness or can you upgrade? thanks ah billion

Umm, I'm not 100% sure what you are asking so I'll hit a couple of points. If yu use 9005/9006 replacement bulbs with this mod then you factory harness will plug directly in.

You can buy upgrade harnesses. Some are simple and you cut the connectors off the ends of you harness and then solder or use butt connectors to add the upgrade harness or there are more costly/fancier versions that just plug into your harness and into the back of the bulb.

I also think that there are setups like would be used on mid 90's GM trucks that are upgrade harnesses with a relay and a bunch of Jazz. It's supposed to be the best but I really don't know that it would be necessary.

Yeah, I'll do the conversion but I'd love to have euro clear housings, nobody makes those.

Those HIDs look good.

For the TA owners, I am selling my kit here. Comes with the conversion housings and hi/low beam kit. Very low hours and worked very well. Much better lighting.
