Re: HID's?

Since Camaros have sealed beam headlights, you have to get the conversion lens first, then get yourself the 9006 an 9005 HID conversion kit. They run for about 200$ a kit on ebay.

Re: HID's?

yea i bought a sealed beam conversion from www.eurolights.com which cost me $88, most people make their own, but i like the warranty and can send them back. I recently bought an 8k HID for sealed beam conversion which utilizes 9006 size bulbs and all i can say is that i was worth every penny, i paid $170 shipped off ebay for my kit with a warranty. I would post pics of the set up but not sure how to post pics here so let me no how and i will post some

Re: HID's?

i didnt no a company sold a kit, i still wouldn't pay $320, mine cost $258 all together and i am happy with it and the quality. That company will make alot of money with that kit, its an upgrade for all f-bodys since our tiny little headlights suck ***!

Re: HID's?

Ebay has an adapter kit for $80 (LS1 maros) but i haven't heard anything good or bad about them so i'm not going to risk it.

Re: HID's?

Most (if not all) of these kits are not using HID housings. Your car's head lights are going to produce a lot of glare.

Re: HID's?

HID lights are projected, all these ebay kits don't come with any projectors. I'll just stick with my regular bulbs.
