HID for LT1 4th gen

Has anyone had any experience with the two sites I have listed below for switching from our crappy sealed beam lights to HID?

OR is there a better alternative??

I would like to have brighter lights both high and low beams for my 93Z28

Anyone?

Thanks

it looks like those use reflector housings. so while you might get marginally more light on the road, youll also blind the crap out of everyone on the road. you need projector lights to make it work right. as far as i know, there are no projector retrofit kits for the lt1 camaros, but a member on here adapted a kit made for gm full size trucks with success. try searching for it. if i remember correctly, he had a good writeup for it

BlackBird lighting solutions is a very reputable company. I deal with him all the time on njfboa.org.

Also check out HiDplanet : The Official Automotive Lighting Forum There are alot of very smart people over there, and a couple of people have retrofitted in projectors. You will only want to go with projectors if you want good light output.
