Help me choose an intake color
Help me choose an intake color
Well my Edelbrock LT1 intake manifold finally came in and I'll be putting it on this weekend. I wanted to paint it but need some help on choosing a color.
Car is black and underhood has a few red accents (strut tower bar and wire looms). I'll be changing the wire looms to black since I think it looks trashy so all that will be red is the strut tower bar. I also have some polished valve covers to put on also.
I was thinking of RED, BLACK or leaving it silver like it is now. I'm leaning towards black but I like how the red stands out. However, I do not want to be a poser like I have LT4 goods under the hood. Help me out.
Here is a current pic with the stock manifold painted red. Strut bar not pictured.

I would paint it red, something that sticks out from the main color of the car. Otherwise, a black one with some chrome fuel rail covers would look sweet, but I don't know if you could fuel rail covers in there...
