it doesnt say n e thing....it goes on the scoop to make the whole thing black...and you know how on the LT1 SS HOOD scoops how its the scoop and it comes down into 2 points...

I know what your talking about now... You want a black hood scoop... Never seen it as a vinyl though...most of them are custom painted that way. But I think the people here got you covered... Click here

yes thats it...that looks sooo bad ***....but damn 100 bucks....WOW!!! alot of money....
i will check on it some more and try to find some cheaper prices..
