do they have these headlight pocket inserts for 4th gen?

I had a custom set of those on my 84 Z.They worked like mini blinds with a small gear driven motor to open and close them.Worked great,but I have never seen them for the 4th gens anywhere.

The guy that made mine was killed a couple of years ago in an accident or I would have had him make some for my 95 Z.

 

id definitely be interested in a set if we could find them... i was thinking without a motor... they would get inserted with an open hood, then latched down when the hood is closed, that way you can take them out for cleaning....

what kind of material did the guy use? metal? plastic? fiberglass?

 

If I remember correctly they were aluminium that were painted red to match my car.They worked just like headlight covers.
