Thumbs down Headlight frame adjustment??

Mine is z28 2000, pair of headlight has two different features. One has too wide gap from its bottom side (pass. side) and the other looks gap is OK, both headlights frame are supported by rubber cushion. Is there any way to correct this gap and make them even …? Or do I need to get something (aftermarket) or insert something to even up these gaps?

The dealer when asked about this.. has said they could not fix it?!!!.
Is there anymore I can do such as adjustment or frame adjustment to correct this uneven gaps?

BTW is this common in 2000 model ??

Are you refering to a gap between the headlight assembly and the car?

If so, mine was like that too. There are two adjustment screws. You can adjust the headlight to decrease the gap. Be carefull though: as you move one screw you need to move the other. Just do it at night, and watch how it affects the angle.

use the side screw to decrease the gap, and compensate for the misadjustment with the top screw.
