Head light/Tail light blackouts on red car?

You think it would look good on a red w/ black top z28?

I also have another question. If you get the head light black outs does it restrict air to your cai? my friend said it does

hey whats up man, yeah i think it would look sweet. i have the same setup with my red Z, check out pics in my sig to see if you like it. i wouldnt think that it would restrict airflow at all though im not too sure. im sure someone else will chime in with the answer to that one. i dont have any problems at all with them being on, though i have the ram air setup. but even before that i had no problems with the regular airbox so i dont think it would be much different for the CAI.

I am going to order the blackouts soon for my red z and I think they look awsome. Also I don't see a problem with your cold air system being affected. It should be drawing its air from underneath the front bumper anyways.

I have wade headlight and gts taillight covers on mine. I think they look AWESOME. I don't like hte look of the headlight assebly w/o blackouts. The taillights look cool without the blackouts, but thats just cause they're so clean becuase they have always had covers on them. Your CAI sucks in air from under your front drivers side fender, so you shouldn't have any problems (also, some air gets by your headlight blackouts, cause they don't cover the ENTIRE headlight)...

Thumbs up

I got mine done at Smokin' Lights. They did a killer job and I love them. Great quality! (http://www.smokinlights.net)

I wouldn't do the headlights, maybe the taillights though.
