I've got the ram air hood and it was'nt a job that should only be done by a body shop. I had to grind the lip off with a dremmel tool, then I had to extend the elongated adjustment slots that were on the stock mounting brackets to get it to line up right. As for the finish it has these high spots that keep poping up they look like pimples. The guy at the body shop said he could fix it before he painted it though. In my opinion it is the best looking hood for the camaro, In my opinion. thats why I bought it.
