Halo light headlight assembly? Why?

Ive seen these on ebay with a third halo thing on them. What good do these do if any, they are kind of cool, but i dont know if i would drop 150 on them.

Yep, they are all just for looks. Something a little different. No practicle benifit. They actually reduce the light a bit.
