Green LT1s!
lol hey, that stir fried peas colored Camaro looks pretty cool! You need to send me the rest of the pics you have of it!
It's funny, but this is one of my fave Camaros of all time. And I've only seen this one pic, and don't normally like yellow.

I don't have the car anymore, and the only pic I can find of my RPO sheet right now isn't extremely clear. You've got the same color as the rest of us PGM guys. I've realized over the years that aftermarket paints seldom use the same names as the factory. This may be due to copyright or licensing issues, I don't know. But I've yet to find a PPG color that is the same name as the factory calls it for any of my vehicles. I've noticed with a search that most places seem to call this color dark yellow green metallic, just as you've found. Not sure why this is, but if you look at the Camaro info for 1996, you'll find that no color of that name was produced.Hope I/we didn't sound *****-ish, that certainly wasn't my intent. And I know how frustrating it can be to track down info for these cars sometimes.
Same paint code as mine

Curious on everyones opinion about painting the top black. I have T Tops and I did paint my mirrors black. Just wanted to see some other opinions. Thanks

My son has the exact wheels on his red camaro. Thanks for posting that. Now I dont have to put his on mine to see what they look like. Were they from OE wheels? Looks good.

As far as painting the top black, I would have to say no for one reason: Black is impossible to take care of. The green was fairly easy to maintain (for me anyway), but my current black Z28 is rediculous. I think the car looks great with or without the black top, but I believe you'd have a harder time keeping it clean and scratch free with the black top.
This one?
Well, I guess I am weird then because I kinda like it
Definitely wasn't meant to be an insult towards you, just the only thing I've seen that I thought could be referred to as dark fern green metallic. I don't know if I would ever paint my car that funky color, but I don't think it looks horrible.
I really like that snot green Camaro. You need to email me the other pics of it you have!
This is one of my favorite Polo Green pics. It's an SS convertible.

Here's one that's '69 Frost Green according to the seller. I saved these pics a long time ago. They wanted it to look like a Yenko. It didn't technically have any mods to the engine, so when I posted it years ago, people rightfully flamed it. Oh well, can't please everyone. I like it. Not sure if it's Frost Green or not, but I wrote down the paint code they said, and it's 59.

Everytime yellow green was mentioned, I thought of this one.
modded Bright Green Metallic

I call this mint green. The paint job wasn't the best, they repainted a metallic red Camaro and the door jams are still that color.

Here are some lime green Camaros.

Here's the last of what different greens I have pics of:
Polo green with beige metallic or gold stripes

PPG Candy VW green

Urban green (a member here owns this car), it's the color of military stuff

Fast and the Furious Eclipse lookin Camaro

A color I call Antifreeze

And here's some Maro Boyz cars. I'm not sure these are all Maro Boyz, I remember the one with money all over it isn't, but I'm not sure about the green one with the guy on the hood. I know the other one is because the car is with that badass candy pink one.

Not sure if you're serious or not, but that color is certainly Polo Green Metallic. I had a 96 the same color. Pull the paint code on the RPO sheet and compare it to the GM Chart and you'll see. That could explain why you're having a hard time color matching it
