Got the body kit in.

I got my body kit in about a week ago. I am very excited and I can't wait till I get it on. I don't want to put it on until it's painted. I am painting it the same color as my car (sebring silver). I was just wondering how much it would cost just to get the body kit painted. Thanks.

I got a RS front piece with XENON sides and rear pieces...

I got 1 quote so far...

$125 for the PPG paint.....
and 6-7 hrs of labor at $33 an hour (because I'm paying cash)

I think that is a fair quote...

Let me know what they quote you....

Sounds like a fair price to me, however 6-7 hours of work is probably twice that it takes.

got mine painted by my friend in the bodyshop for $125 all in (oh yea - and a 12 pack)
he used special flexible paint for the skirts and it does look good.
Installation was kind of b!tch because vizage kits have realy poor fitement.

pays to know how to do it yourself. Painted an 88 camaro and used the left over paint for my ground effects. i painted the 88 the same color as my SS. under $300 for an entire car and ground effects and a commando spoiler. It's not 100% perfect what im 100% satisfied.

i would never pay someone that much to paint anything for me.

I would say spend the money to learn how to paint and do everything yourself. save a lot of money. and you can paint things for other people and make some cash.

check out the pics in my sig. i used a base coat and then a clear coat. no sanding or buffing after

Thanks everybody. The vizage kit does have poor fitment problems. I fitted it on my car yesterday and there are couple of things that have to be fixed but when I had it on it looked so nice. I can't wait till I get this kit on.

Pcinnovations: The link doesn't work I would love to see your car.
Jer: Your definetly right.
