Going from NBM to Pearl White?

I've heard that going from a dark color to a light color is very difficult to do without the paint bleeding through. Is this true at all?

You can get primer sealer in white, so it's no big deal. But the painter has to be very thorough, as any spots he doesnt get enough paint on will be very obvious.

For instance if you painted your NMB car electron blue and the rocker panel didn't get enough paint you'ld never know.

WHY??? Pearl white is OK but I LOVE the NBM paint color and wish I could have gotten my Z in that color. Mine is black and it's cool too but there are WAY WAY more black cars than the NBM.

Question Going from NBM to Pearl White?

Again, why? NBM was my 2nd choice of colour! Pearl White is OK, but not worth getting rid of NBM. If you have to though, there shouldn't be a problem with painting a lighter colour over the blue.................once it's sanded down and primed, the white should cover fine.
