Glue for stainless badges?

I found some nice looking stainless CAMARO inserts that have there own glue backing, but I also have the same Z28 badges but they have none. I was wondering what kind of glue would work best to stick those badges on without damaging the paint if I needed to take them off someday.
Also, any tricks any of you used to remove vinyls? The CAMARO inserts look a bit tricky.

Use double sided tape to put the emblems on. To get vynel or double sided tape off you need to use WD-40 or Goo-gone. Just let it soak then use your finger nails to start to peel it off. I think it works better if its warm so try a hair dryer or heat gun. Be careful if your using a heat gone though, it can make it too hot.

Thanks for the great advise, I'll give that goo-gone a shot.
