I've been caught without one once.

The officer made me put it on and then come and see him before the week was out to make sure it was still on.

I took it off again after that.

Mounted mine on my air damn underneath front end. No law problems yet. Only drawback was bending bottom portion of plate back to keep from scraping ground. Other than that it is the best way, in my opinion to take care of the appearance while still obiding by the law. John.

Splash Guard

Im in NY and i put it on the splashguard of my T/A, ive gotten pulled over numerous times, just keep saying my front got hit and im waiting for the bracket to come in. Works every time.
