I mounted mine behind that plastic piece... and it makes the front look like crap. Did u guys mount it there or infront on the metal that piece that plastic is connected to? Thanks.

Neon wasn't bright enough for me... so I went to a LED light.... In my Hood...

 

I, originally, put the front neon behind my airdam. Well, the light just stops when it hits the airdam and looks like absolute crap (a lot of people will say neons looks like crap all together, but i think they're cool, to a point)...Then I put the neon in front of hte airdam and it still looks bad, but not as bad. You can still see where the light stops, but atleast you can see red light in front of the car. Now, the streetglow gold series can have up to 6 neons on the power inverter that comes with it, so I'm just going to go buy a replacement neon (front or back, i think they're 36" instead of the sides 54") and have one neon in front of the airdam, and one behind it...BUt if you only want one neon in the front, put it right in front of the airdam.

 

hmm good point... one in front and behind... never thought of that... do they sell just one 36 tube?

 

Yeah, just ask for a replacement neon for a front or back gold series underbody kit. I'm not sure on the price, but I know you can buy them (my buddy had to go buy one cause when he got his underbody kit it was broke). He got his from out local neon store (lol, can't think of the name of the store).
