I don't think he needs the 3D machine for those, but good luck getting a hold of him period.

wow, that sucks to hear. You may be able to get a local vinyl cutter to fab something up for you. We have a pretty good company here that has helped me with a few things since then. As for the decal itself, checked with my dealer, and looks like it really is over 40 bucks now! 41 tax and all. I did manage to dig up my reciept from when I purchased the original 3 years ago and it was $13.60... crazy.

Im not sure how monochromatic would look on the red car. I am one of the uncool Camaro drivers who have no blacked out taillights, no white turn signals and sidemarkers

Actually those emblems are NOT monochromatic.... the background is black just for effect. What they are selling is the chrome part which is actually polished stainless steel. Underneath it you can put what ever you want. I had some black carbon fiber vinyl laying around and I cut it out to exactly the shape of the emblem. Then I put it on and one of these polished thingies on it. Looks great. you can get red carbon pattern or find ANY thing you like that sticks and just put it under one of these emblems and it will look nice!

check it out:
