Question Formula to Trans Am....rice?

I have been wondering what to do with my Formula's appearance. One thing I have to do is lower it(eibach pro kit). But then I am not sure if I should buy a Wings West GFX package which may be too low in the front for the lowered car. Or I could change the bumpers to Trans Am ons and add the T/A GFX. This way it would probably be cheaper and not as low in the front. Would I be considered a ricer for that? You know, turning a formula to a T/A....

Na you wouldn't. Its apperance. If you were doing ricer type things (stickers for mods u don't have, other crap, etc). As long as u don't put ws6 or ss stickers/emblems on it ur good. Afterall..all lt1's are about equal in power. Its not like putting Si emblems on a non-vtec.

i personally like the LT1 formula front ends with a ramair hood more than the lt1 TA anyway. i think it might look cool with a TA wing, but a formy front end with ramair hood.

Exclamation

If you do the rear bumper do the front, if the 2 don't match it looks like ***. And NO, it is NOT rice, unless you attached some of that homo neon shi+ every lemming loves nowadays.

I personally think the formula looks better than the TA, especially the nose. I don't really like ground fx and the big batman wing. IMO a slammed formula with and Predetor hood and some nice rims would look awsome.

Go For it!!

I would definitely go for it. The 96-97 Trans Am WS6 is by far the best looking car on the road. Check out the pics in my sig and you'll see what I mean. Call Billy Grahams Salvage and have him give you some pricing on the front end, bumper of the TA, and maybe you'll get lucky and he'll have a WS6 Hood too.

Nah its not rice......TA is not rice so I wouldn't worry about it.

But I would love to drive the formula....its one of the best looking sleeper cars out there!

I put a T/A wing on my Formula. It is the perfect combination.

I have a WS-6 anyway, so it looks great regardless.

I put the uplevel TA spoiler and Ram Air hood on my Formula and it looks great. Very clean looking without gfx. I also agree that the Formula nose looks way better than the TA.

Just do it man. Not Rice in my opinion, not like you're doing that to a V-6.
